Asking user needs

I think it's a good idea to directly ask the user what they need. This way, I can get a clearer understanding of their request. It's all about putting the user first and making sure I'm providing the right support. I want to ensure that I’m being helpful in exactly the way they need. Asking questions can really clarify things and help us move forward together!
